1st Executive is working with a leading UK 'logistics' company who are looking to recruit a Buyer within their Central Procurement function. This is a fantastic development role for an individual with strategic procurement or supply chain experience, and with a desire to fast-track their career in a Procurement function, who are investors in people.

Role:

• Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, deliver value for money and achieve the strategic aims.
• Strategic sourcing & analysis across the Property and FM category.
• Procurement benchmarking, smarter sourcing in relation to both pre and post tender processes.
• Deliver and manage procurement's above a specified spend level from source to contract.

Experience:

• Experience working in property or FM categories or an indirects specialist
• Experience of Strategic sourcing across the breadth of categories
• Ideally, Degree and CIPS qualified/working toward
