Revlon Inc – Succeeding Where Others Fail

The Background

We were approached by the CPO of Revlon to assist with a recruitment campaign for two senior procurement roles after a local US search firm had failed to deliver.

Our Approach

We identified best in class organisations who had candidates that would match Revlon’s desired profile. After a thorough mapping exercise, it became clear that the organisations which had candidates who would best match the role were based in Texas and Illinois which would obviously require relocation to Revlon’s New Jersey headquarters.  We proactively targeted those candidates who we felt were most likely to have the freedom to move.

The Outcome

We successfully placed the Director of Raw Materials Procurement and organised the relocation from Texas – the other role was put on hold due to the acquisition of Elizabeth Arden.
