Role Description

Hybrid role as a Principle Recruitment Consultant in UK Procurement & Supply Chain The role is located in the Greater Guildford/ Woking area of Surrey, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home. The Consultant will be responsible for managing the delivery of mid to senior recruitment across Procurement and Supply Chain, including consulting, interviewing, and communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or team manager in the corporate space
Track record of building contract or permanent recruitment revenue.
Experience in delivering permanent or interim roles ideally in the corporate space - salaries ranging from £50k to £250k.
We are only seeking 360 agency recruiters and managers with a track record of generating revenue to targets

Skills & Traits:

Motivated by business development, winning new clients, networking, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Strong work ethic, determination to succeed, and ability to work at pace.
High professional level of spoken and written English.

Qualifications:

Degree educated or qualified by experience.

Structured Career Development Path

We have a track record of developing our staff from junior consultants all the way to Directors. In fact both our Sales Directors have risen up through the ranks from consultants to managers on the board, now playing a part in the strategic direction and decisions determining the future growth of 1st Executive.

Our career development program goes above and beyond the initial junior training 'Academy', but supports all staff regardless of how experienced they are with continual structured mentoring and development by the Directors for years after. All staff get as much or as little support as required.
Progression is clearly documented and mapped out with clear expectations and milestones so you always know whats expected of you to achieve the next promotion
