Overview:
Fantastic opportunity with a flagship global retail banking organisation to play a key role in overseeing and managing the risks associated with third-party relationships to ensure services are resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards ensuring risks are managed within appetite.
As a Third Party Risk Manager;
Role:-third-party risk management;
- Lead a team of risk professionals, collaborate with various departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on third-party risk issues
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools for assessing and monitoring third-party risks.
- Ensure that vendors and partners adhere to the organisation's risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and termination
Experience:
- Experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management within a large blue-chip
- Experience in risk management methodologies and tools to identify, assess, and manage resilience risks effectively.
- Demonstrate understanding of third-party risk frameworks, including experience in evaluating vendor risks and controls.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry relevant to third-party risk such as ISO 22301
