Role: Business Development Executive

Salary: c€100k + commission structure up to 7%

Location: Fully remote, you can choose your location (either Benelux, Germany (DACH), UK or Ireland)

Employment Type: Full-time, employed directly by the consultancy

Languages: English & German are highly preferred

The role:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and factory sector
  • Leverage your understanding of supply chain and operational challenges to present tailored consultancy solutions
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
  • Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

  • A strong foundation in supply chain or operations within manufacturing, coupled with 2+ years of proven success in a business development role
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain optimisation, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients
