Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable energy? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join a rapidly growing global leader in energy infrastructure striving towards a carbon-neutral future.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process and inventory for Capex, MRO, Materials and Services spends up to €50k - working closely with the Regional Procurement Manager on higher-value spend. You'll also be responsible for maintaining procurement documentation and managing relationships with senior management

Importantly, there are fantastic progression opportunities as the company is expanding rapidly, growing procurement this year and planning to increase again in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning: You'll analyse and forecast the terminal's material and service needs to ensure timely acquisitions.
• Vendor Management: In this role, you'd identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on capability, quality, reliability, and pricing. You'll negotiate prices and contracts for purchases under $50K USD and collaborate with the Regional Procurement Manager for higher-value expenditures.
• Order Management: You'd place orders with selected suppliers, track deliveries, and resolve any procurement-related issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance: You'll ensure all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Inventory Management: Working closely with the warehouse team, you'd help manage inventory levels and lead times effectively.
• Reporting: You'll prepare detailed procurement reports for senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
• Compliance: You'd be responsible for creating POs, receipts, waybills, and warranties within Oracle, and for diligently following up on quotations. You'll escalate any audit and governance concerns related to procurement policies as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of procurement experience
• Dutch Speaker
• Exposure to any CAPEX, OPEX, EPC, equipment, engineering, manufacturing, production type spend etc is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to "roll up the sleeves" and drive results in a greenfield setting
