Role: Hard FM Procurement Manager

Client: Innovative Aviation Engineering Organisation

Salary: Up to £70k plus benefits (4x life assurance, Healthcare, 9% non-contributory pension, training and development plan, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays)

Location: Hybrid working and in Denham.

An exciting opportunity to join a leading Advanced Aviation Manufacturer, directly supporting the Head of Indirect Sourcing, on Hard FM and Construction Categories.

You will support high-impact projects including building a new main road in Denham, runways, government buildings, fabrications, electrical plumbing, major Civils, Health & Safety, and Building Regulations.

This role will cover strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to identify requirements, drive streamlining of processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Hard FM sourcing, with an understanding of building and site construction, and health & safety.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across levels.
• Experience of sourcing of facilities suppliers across multiple sites across the UK.
• Ideally, experience supporting regulated industries, e.g. Defence, Healthcare, Medical, Automotive, Construction or Engineering.
