Support stakeholders with a highly complex outsourcing procurement exercise.
Requires high levels of experience in BPO procurement including commercials, HR, technology, legal, etc

This role is PMO heavy but you must have BPO experience. Essentially, it's transition of services from an inhouse shared service centre to an offshore supplier.

Holding suppliers to milestones and having credible conversations with a variety of stakeholders.

All the Transition risks, activies and communications associatied with guiding a 3rd party supplier through a process.

70% PMO, 30% Transition of Services (BPO).
