Interim Change Impacts Manager - Supply £865pd REMOTE

Role: Interim Change Impacts Manager - Procurement and supply Chain.

Rate: £865 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100, FMCG Leader.

Location: Remote or, if close to London office, Hybrid with visits every fortnight.

Duration: 12 months.

An interim Change Impacts Manager to join an FMCG world-leader, in support of their biggest business transformation project globally, which is multi-year, £100ms of spend, underpinned by SAP S4 Hana implementation and improvement.

Ahead of their early-2025 Go-Live, this Change Impacts Manager will specifically focus on the Procurement and Supply Chain function, bringing process, systems and data understanding and insight. You will identify and develop the vision for change, leading local and regional teams across the transition and new ways of working.

You will capture and articulate change impacts on the business and user communities, assessing these across process, system, data and behaviour dimensions. Further, you will lay groundwork for communications, engagement and training activity.

Requirements:

• Strong Change Management experience (5+ years) and Functional experience.
• Experience in Transformation Projects in Procurement and Supply Chain Change.
• Experience of at least one, full lifecycle of Sap S/4 HANA in a company.
• Experience within a Global, Matrix Organisation previously.
• This role must be UK-based and candidates must have full right to work in the UK, without Sponsorship, for the duration of the contract.
