Interim Outsourcing Procurement Manager £800pd

An incredibly exciting interim opportunity for an accomplished Procurement Manager to be a key part of this Financial Services Leader's large scale, Outsourcing project.

An initial contract to the end of 2023, offering £800 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home, with 1 day per week in their offices in London.

The Role:

As interim Outsourcing Procurement Manager, you will support this FTSE 100 Financial Services organisation's global Outsourcing transformation. This is a 1st Generation piece and will also involve the transfer of platforms and technology.

This £multi-million Change will encompass hundreds of heads to be outsourced, with a truly Global reach, and will span people, HR, Legal, Technology and IT.

You will provide strategic support to senior level stakeholders for the complex Procurement exercise, by planning, monitoring and managing the Outsourcing Procurement projects end-to-end. You will lead the planning, resourcing, supply and contract management, reporting, and people management, to drive high-quality and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• Accomplished, Strategic, Procurement Professional.
• Excellent Change Management and Transformation experience.
• High levels of Outsourcing Procurement experience, including Commercials, HR, Technology and Legal.
• Experience with 1st Generation Outsourcing projects.
• Exposure to large-scale Financial Services Organisations is a must, coupled with "Big 4" Consultancy experience.
• Global, Complex project experience.
• Confident communicator with Senior Leadership level stakeholders.
