Role: Interim Procurement Manager - Construction and Civil Assets

Rate: £520 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed Public Sector Organisation

Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days in London

Duration: Until March 2025

An Interim Procurement Manager to provide key support to the Senior Sourcing Manager, within the Built Environment Team of a major Public Sector organisation.

You will be responsible for pre-contract procurement across Lifts, Escalators, Civils, Built Environment and systems. You will develop and roll-out procurement strategy for maintenance and contracts, which is in its early implementation stages.

You will lead on sourcing delivery for major Construction and Civils projects, including their Bridges and Structures Maintenance tender.

Requirements:

• Strong experience leading end-to-end procurement projects in the Public Sector.
• NEC 3 / 4 usage and experience is essential.
• Experience of Procurement across similar Construction projects.
• Ability to develop commercial and procurement strategies.
• High-value, high-risk complex works and services procurement experience.
