Interim Project Manager - SAP and Payroll Implementation £625

Role: Global Project Manager

Rate: £625 per day (Umbrella, inside IR35)

Client: Multinational Biotech organisation.

Duration: Until 31st December 2026 (scope to extend)

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Bracknell (UK-based)

An excellent opportunity for a strong, Global Project Manager to join HR Operations of this major, Biotech organisation, to support 2 major workstreams across the ongoing SAP S4 HANA implementation and their global, Payroll Consolidation project workstream.

This role requires an interim with excellent HR Payroll implementation and core Project Management ability to play a key role in governance, communication, steering, and co-ordinating, business partnering with senior leaders.

Requirements:

• Prior, strong experience in Project Management, ideally within HR and Payroll projects.
• Global Payroll implementation experience.
• Excellent Leadership and Communication ability, to a senior level.
• Experience within a global, matrix environment.
• Any experience with SAP and S4HANA transfomation would be advantageous.
