Role: Senior Project Manager - People and Processes

Rate: £680 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100, Energy organisation

Duration: 12 months

Location: 4 days per week in South-East England office.

An interim Senior Project Manager role (focused on People and Process) with a leading Energy organisation, in support of a high-profile, high-value programme for the set up of a new organisation abroad.

You will focus on growth areas for the business, pushing forward 1-2 work streams depending on size, significant in terms of value and risk scope.

You will carry out scoping, design and implementation of the transformation work streams, stand-up, manage a small delivery team of delivery of the design and execution, and hold oversight of day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Strong Project Management experience.
• People and Process Project Management focus.
• A breadth of experience, handling multiple competing situations.
• Ability to integrate across functions, with many stakeholders and workstreams.
• Good analyticals skills and able to bild and present key data and messaging.
• Experience within a complex organisation, overseeing large, high-complexity projects.
• PMP, Prince or Agility qualification.
