I am currently recruiting for a Lead Category Manager for a public sector based organisation in Surrey. Its an exciting time to be joining the business where you can really make an impact.

3 days on-site and 2 from home

This is a role for an experienced lead category manager who will come in to lead specific strategic sourcing and category related initiatives for defined projects impacting all stages of the Procurement life cycle for a number of businesses organisations.

You will be expected to take the lead on a portfolio of category initiatives ensuring contract compliance, sustainable cost improvements, and a range of other benefits associated with the procurement of Category services and products.

You will work closely with procurement teams to ensure cohesive strategies in the delivery of products and services

Looking for someone CIPS level 5 or higher or equivalent

Someone with good category management gained within the public sector or NHS
