We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager, to lead a team of sourcing experts and drive the development and execution of category strategies across Corporate and Industrial services with a key focus on CAPEX & Logistics. This role is pivotal to the reformation and strengthening of our strategic sourcing function and you will have the opportunity to build and shape these category areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that maximize value and drive continuous improvement within logistics & CAPEX categories.
  • Serve as a strategic, commercial business partner, engaging with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Implement and communicate transformation programs to achieve a resilient and structured supply chain.
  • Develop and execute cost reduction strategies to meet annual savings targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product sourcing and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Present reports to management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor the sourcing team, fostering a culture of empowerment and excellence.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in category management within the indirect procurement space, specifically in Corporate and Industrial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing procurement teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in procurement transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and organizational changes.
