As we continue to grow, we're looking for a delivery focused problem solving Supply Chain Manager to join our ambitious team and help us navigate the exciting uncharted terrain and challenges of scaling up.

Role Overview:

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations to support our rapid growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods from our City centre manufacturing site to our expanding corporate customer portfolio, improving efficiency, and driving cost savings. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction in a startegic but reactive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage supply chain capacity.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage supply chain technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing a startup or rapidly growing company.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, 3PL, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software ERP MRP and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team communication skills.
