Role: Business Development Executive

Salary: c€80-100k (maybe €120k?) + commission structure up to 7%

Location: Fully remote, you can choose your location (either Benelux, Germany (DACH), UK or Ireland)

Employment Type: Full-time, employed directly by the consultancy

Languages: English & German are highly preferred

The role:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and factory sector
• Leverage your understanding of supply chain and operational challenges to present tailored consultancy solutions
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
• Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• Strong business development / skills experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement or operations - especially where this interfaces within a manufacturing envirnoment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients
