Role: Communications Manager

Rate: £650 - £860 per day (umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100 FMCG

Location: Remote with ocassional visits to Soho

Duration: 12 months

An incredibly exciting opportunity for an Interim Communication Lead to join a world leading FMCG organisation and be a key player in their global business transformation programme.

This high-profile, multi-year transformation is my FTSE 100 client's largest investment programme across the business. At a global level, they are driving the transformation of key business processes and moving into the next decade of leading, enabled by SAP S/4 Hana implementation.


The organisation requires strategic support from an expert Communications Manager, ideally with exposure to SAP enabled Change, to champion the move towards becoming an insights-led organisation.

Owning the Programme Communications, you will engage confidently and enthusiastically with senior stakeholders, carrying out the strategic work around delivering content and covering events. Leading the programme communications and stakeholder engagement, you will translate the programme vision into an engaging narrative. This will require navigation of cultural, mindset, and process change, for the transition to new ways of working.

You will develop and deploy the programme's Communication and Stakeholder Engagement strategy, and identifying or creating effective and innovative communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' experience in planning and managing communications campaigns
  • Ideally, technology-enabled transformation experience, with SAP or other ERPs.
  • Gravitas to engage with and influence stakeholders at the top of the business, as well as stakeholder event delivery.
  • Comfortable working alongside third party providers, managing their scope and any politics.
  • Excellent skills in programme communication content development.
  • Experience within a complex, matrix, global environment.
