Interim Procurement Officer - Build and Civils £400pd

Role: Interim Procurement Manager - Civils and Built Environment

Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major Public Sector organisation

Location: Working from home and 2-3 days in London

Duration: 3 months initial (potential to extend)

An interim opportunity for a Procurement Officer to join an esteemed Public Sector organisation, and support pre-contract Procurement for a range of subcategories including Lifts, Escalators, Civils, Built Environment, and systems.

You will focus on Built Environments and Civils Maintenance for Civils Assets, finalising Procurement strategy, picking up strategy, and driving delivery. This will include leading on the sourcing for construction projects to civil assets including embankments, bridges as well as premises.

You will liaise with stakeholders to a senior level and host workshops.

Requirements:

• Strong Procurement experience, ideally within Civils, Construction, or similar.
• Public Sector Procurement knowledge.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
